Alan Rhead, Chairman
From 1966 Alan Rhead worked for both private practice and main contractors on projects with values up to £300m where he concentrated on civil and mechanical engineering in the gas, water, petrochemical and nuclear electric industries.
In 1985 he set up the Rhead Group and is now well into achieving his long term goal of establishing a business that provides a stimulating and challenging environment for all employees yet one that remains committed to delivering quality and successful projects on a global basis.
Today, through considered planning and strategic expansion, the company he founded is sustaining year-on-year growth by continuously evolving the services it offers those managing and implementing complex engineering programmes around the world.
