Paul McLaughlin, Divisional Commercial Director

Paul is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with 36 years experience in the construction industry predominantly involved with onshore and offshore petrochemical, civil engineering and building construction projects in the UK and the Middle East.

Experienced in project management, commercial management, project control management, contract administration, quantity surveying, and estimating, Paul joined the Rhead Group in January 2006. He is currently based in the northern region managing a number of multi-million pound engagements on behalf of the company.
