Lee Foster, Divisional Director

Lee Foster joined the Rhead Group in 2008 as Divisional Director responsible for the company’s portfolio of services across the renewable energy, waste to energy and nuclear programmes of works.

Lee brings a wealth of experience to the team including many years managing complex programmes of works across Asia Pacific and the UK.  Prior to joining the team Lee was working with BAE Systems Submarine Solutions as Head of Programming where he was responsible for managing the design, engineering, manufacturing, production, system testing and commissioning for the complete new build section of the Royal Navy’s future aircraft carrier programme.
