Caroline Clarke, Head of Planning Scheduling & EVM

A Prince 2 qualified Member of the Association of Project Management, Caroline has over eight years of experience as a Senior Project Controls Manager and consultant within a range of sectors including the aerospace, oil and gas, defence and rail. Notable clients include Airbus, BAE Systems, Agusta Westland and Countrywide Assured Financial Services.

Caroline specialises in full programme management and Earned Value Management (EVM) deployment, training and performance measurement, and she has been responsible for leading a centralised Project Controls team to deliver fully-integrated EVM and Project Controls, including quality management, assurance, governance and training, reporting to multiple clients.
