John Blowers, Regional Director

Following a successful career leading his own surveying and commercial management practise operating in Singapore and Australasia, John Blowers joined the Rhead Group in 2010 to lead JBCC Rhead Pte, our operation serving the region.

A qualified and chartered surveyor (MRICS), and a Member of the Institute of Civil Engineering Surveyors (MICES), John has
a strong background in cost management and contract administration. He joins the Rhead Group with a wealth of experience of building and civil engineering contracts in the U.K, Singapore and Dubai, including the Mass Rapid Transit Civil Engineering Contract, Singapore Changi Airport People Mover System, Changi Water Reclamation Plant, One Raffles Quay District Cooling Plant and Dubai International Airport Expansion Phase II.
