John Birch, Pre-Contract Director

John Birch joined The Rhead Group in 1992 as a senior quantity surveyor. Having graduated with a Diploma in Quantity Surveying from Salford College of Technology in 1982, John has focussed on the successful delivery of pre and post-contract administration for Rhead clients both across the UK, and overseas.

Since 1999 he has taken a lead role in the team development at the Northern Office with responsibility for the mentoring of junior and graduate quantity surveyors. John has a wealth of experience working on a range of projects in the UK and today he takes the lead for all pre-contract work.
