Tim Benbow, Head of Dispute Resolution/Avoidance

Tim Benbow joined the Rhead Group in 2008 following some 28 years of construction sector experience in the UK and overseas. A FRICS Quantity Surveyor specialising in civil engineering project management, cost control, claims, final accounts, detailed project investigations, report writing and specialist enabling works, Tim has a proven track record with senior roles in several UK contractors including Alfred McAlpine and John Laing, and public organisations including London Underground.

Tim’s experience includes projects across a number of key sectors including transport, water, and energy and he is now responsible for the Dispute Resolution/Avoidance function within the Rhead Group.
