Client challenge: The development of a viable carbon capture and storage solution on behalf of the UK Government utilising existing assets and infrastructure, where feasible, to minimise the necessary investment and carbon footprint of the scheme.

Rhead role: The Rhead Group is responsible for the delivery of the solution. We are providing the technical, commercial and project management expertise for the programme as a complete managed service. Our team covers health and safety, planning, project management, risk management, cost assurance and contract drafting.
