It is currently seeking:
CDM Co-ordinator
The CDM Co-ordinator will be required to work on projects in accordance with the statutory duties as defined under CDM 2007 Regulations.
The successful candidate will liaise with project team members in order to maintain health and safety requirements of the company and /or its clients, including site visits and inspections.
Health and Safety Advisor
The H&S Advisor will liaise with the CDM co-ordinator and Project team members in order to ensure that all Health and Safety regulations are adhered to. The role includes some site inspection and audit, in addition to the creation and distribution of literature throughout the company.
Senior QS
Role includes surveying for multiple projects. Successful candidate will be responsible for cost management of commercial developments and Tendering process with clients. Chartered status preferred.
QS
You will maintain the professional working relationships with the Client with full financial control, including Early Warning Notifications and Compensation Events. Successful candidate will provide sound commercial and contractual advice and assist with the submission of estimates and tenders.
Project manager
To provide a comprehensive, accurate and cost effective project management service for clients across various sectors. The role includes multi-discipline site management, overseeing the work of a Project team of surveyors, planners and more.
Assistant PM
Providing support to the Project Manager in all aspects of construction including commercial and practical, assisting with the project from award of contract through the design and build stages and into completion.
Project Planner
You will be involved in the analysis of a construction site and local environment, gaining an appreciation of the proposed build method/sequence and determining appropriate/optimum logistic solutions and associate resource levels.
• Preparation of logistic plans – general sitea

• Preparation of logistic phasing plans – logistics
• arrangements for individual project stages.

• pricing schedules, tender method statement and
• resourced programme
